Katie has over 16 years experience running fitness classes and 1-2-1 sessions. She creates fun and exciting programmes ranging from good old fashioned aerobics classes - remember the "grape vine" to high intensity sweat inducing work outs. For 16 years Katie ran Buggyfit classes on Clapham Common and has helped many local Mum's get back into shape. She prides herself on inclusivity and wants everyone to be able to enjoy and benefit from her sessions whatever level of fitness. Her motto is "lets get fit together and have some fun doing it"
